Veg Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Pizza Dough:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ cup lukewarm water

For the Pizza Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Toppings:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil leaves

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the pizza dough by combining the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add the olive oil and lukewarm water to the mixture and stir well to combine.

  3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour.
